 - Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Solution-Architect-Mindset, denkst End-to-End, triffst belastbare Lösungsentscheidungen und kannst diese fachlich wie wirtschaftlich vertreten.

 - Du verstehst dich nicht als reine Strategie- oder "Helicopter-Rolle", sondern bist bereit, konkret zu operationalisieren, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und auch hands-on zu unterstützen, wenn es erforderlich ist.

 - Du bewegst dich souverän zwischen Beratung, Presales, Projektunterstützung und Management-Sparring, kommunizierst klar, moderierst sicher und trittst auf Senior-Level überzeugend auf.
