## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Lead (System Analyst 4) for a top insurance and financial services client. This individual will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for driving architecture, solution design, and enterprise integration efforts across a highly complex policy administration environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FAST Policy Administration, modern application development, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native technologies while guiding technical strategy and influencing modernization initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple technology stacks, lead critical engineering decisions, mentor development teams, and help shape the future state of a large-scale insurance technology ecosystem. Provide senior technical leadership across the FAST Policy Administration platform and broader Life Insurance technology ecosystem Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery across enterprise applications and
