## About the Role

 * Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud-native services.
 * Familiarity with site reliability engineering concepts.

## Description

Our company is seeking a Cloud Engineer with 2-4 years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology platforms, and operational technologies. This role is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career by gaining exposure to cloud engineering, automation, site reliability, artificial intelligence, security operations, and modern IT practices. This is an onsite role.

The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and development teams to support and improve systems across AWS and Microsoft 365 environments. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.

Success in this role will be measured by contributions to projects, automation efforts, service reliability, operational improvements, and team collaboration. Responsibilities

 * Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and related services.
 * Assist with administration and support of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related cloud platforms.
 * Participate in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
 * Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
 * Support operational reliability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response activities.
 * Partner with engineers across infrastructure, security, development, and business teams to deliver successful outcomes.
 * Document solutions, processes, and operational runbooks.
 * Participate in project planning, task management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Contribute to AI-driven automation efforts and internal tooling.
 * Help improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
