## Description

* Annahme, Priorisierung und Koordination von Kundenanfragen
 * Auftragsabwicklung von A bis Z: Angebot, Bestellung, Terminsteuerung, Dokumentation
 * Lizenz- und Hardwaremanagement (Microsoft, Clients, Peripherie, Zubehör)
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kunden- und Assetdaten
 * Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Angebotserstellungen, Kalkulationen und Produktauswahl
 * Abstimmung mit der Technik (1st/2nd Level) zur Umsetzung von Kundenaufträgen
 * Erstellung kleiner technischer Lösungsskizzen (z. B. Hardwarevorschläge, Basis-Setups)
 * Unterstützung in der Kundenkommunikation bei Projektupdates, Rückfragen oder Eskalationen, * 30 Tage Urlaub, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Zusatzkrankenversicherung, vermögenswirksame Leistungen, Bike-Leasing - also das ganze Verwöhnprogramm
