## Description

As an Implementation Specialist with our software company, you're responsible for the implementation and project management of all new client conversions. You use internal resources to develop and maintain project schedules, complete project documentation, and lead ongoing new client onboarding. In collaboration with our sales team, you execute initial discovery calls with key decision-makers and functionaries to ensure all conversion data and timelines are communicated and agreed upon. You also facilitate employee wage data, prior tax liabilities, agency POAs, and banking data.
