 * Annahme, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im Ticketsystem
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (Windows-Clients, Standardanwendungen, Peripherie)
 * Unterstützung bei User- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und kleineren IT-Projekten
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen und Pflege der Knowledge Base
 * Schnittstelle zu nachgelagerten Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
