## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in Interaction, Service, or UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and proven user empathy, with the ability to map problems into clear UX flows and scenarios.
 * Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe, After Effects, or similar tools to visually express design work.
 * Experience with problem mapping, UX flows, and animation, including the ability to communicate interaction concepts effectively.
 * Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in the design process, while maintaining high-quality, user-centered outcomes.

## Description

* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and design the rider experience during key pickup and dropoff moments.
 * Leverage existing UX patterns to create UX rider flows, scenario mapping, and UI concepts that enable fast iteration.
 * Develop quick digital and physical prototypes to test ideas early and de-risk decisions through continuous usability testing.
 * Present feedback clearly and use metrics and data to generate actionable insights that improve the experience.
 * Travel to service locations for site-specific analysis and experience testing to ensure designs reflect real-world conditions., * Opportunity to help define, design, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through innovative product and service design.
 * Work on meaningful, human-centered design challenges focused on interaction paradigms and AI-adjacent experiences.
 * Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to turn rider needs into usable, accessible experiences.
 * Build trust and increase customer value by creating seamless flows, intuitive interfaces, and delightful interactions.
 * Contribute to a culture that champions human-centered design and continuously improves through testing and iteration.
