## About the Role

* At least 5 years of experience working as an ATE Test Engineer for high-speed analog and mixed-signal devices.
 * Hands-on experience covering the complete process, from initial test-plan development, hardware design, and ATE test software development through production release.
 * Hands-on knowledge of Advantest 93K Smart OS is required.
 * Experience generating test plans, documenting tests, writing Statements of Work (SOWs), and using test-data analysis software is a must.
 * Experience working on high-speed semiconductor devices using SiGe technology is a plus.

## Description

* Interface with external vendors or internal teams to develop ATE tests for RF and mixed-signal devices.
 * Develop and correlate test software and hardware to the written test plan and device specifications.
 * Preferred hands-on experience developing ATE tests on the Advantest 93K tester, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass-production release.
 * Track production yield, milestones, problem assessment/disposition, and invoices.
 * Provide wafer-level ATE platform support for production, including yield analysis, failure parameters, and yield improvement.
 * Work closely with Design, Application, and Production teams on NPI, from the initial phase through production release.
 * Support engineering releases through pilot runs and production.
