## About the Role

We're looking for someone capable of delivering significant business impact, who meets the following criteria, * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Business Management or a related field.

 * 3+ years of data analysis experience.
 * Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and modeling and Data visualization tools-Power BI preferred; Tableau or Looker.
 * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation and Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
 * Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques for analyzing unstructured data (e.g., customer feedback, social media).
 * Exposure to AI-enhanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI with Copilot, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot).
 * Experience working with data engineering teams, data pipelines, and data warehouse architecture.
 * Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Workfront and version control and workflow tools.

Business and Strategic Acumen:

 * Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.
 * Strong understanding of business strategy and operations.
 * Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and connect them to business outcomes.
 * Strategic thinker who can visualize the ideal state and map the path to get there.
 * Experience engaging with executive stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication:

 * Experienced in developing polished, professional presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights, trends and recommendations.
 * Skilled in translating data into clear, engaging stories through verbal presentations tailored to non-technical audiences.
 * A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
