## About the Role

* 10+ years total IT experience; 4+ years in AI/GenAI solutions.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
 * Strong experience with RAG and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).
 * Experience with knowledge graphs (Neo4j, Cosmos DB Gremlin, or similar).
 * Experience with LLM frameworks (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
 * Proficiency in Python and REST APIs.
 * Cloud experience, preferably Azure.

Preferred

 * Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse).
 * Microsoft AI certifications

## Description

* Design and build AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
 * Develop RAG pipelines (ingestion, embedding, indexing, retrieval, generation).
 * Build and query knowledge graphs to improve answer accuracy.
 * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
 * Evaluate and optimize output quality, latency, and cost.
