 * Pflege, Überwachung und Ausbau der Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden internen Anwendungen und Systemen
 * Identifikation, Diagnose und Behebung technischer Störungen im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports
 * Überprüfung, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation neu entwickelter oder angepasster Programmfunktionen
