## About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex programming, Lightning components, and integrations with third-party systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams., &bull Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
&bull 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
&bull Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
&bull Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
&bull Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and version control (e.g., Git).
&bull Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data modeling, and governance limits.
&bull Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
&bull Salesforce certifications such as:
&bull Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
&bull Salesforce Administrator
&bull Salesforce Application Architect
&bull Experience with Heroku, MuleSoft, or Marketing Cloud.
&bull Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
&bull Exposure to DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.

## Description

Salesforce Development & Customization:
&bull Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
&bull Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
&bull Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or AppExchange products.

Architecture & Technical Leadership:
&bull Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system architecture.
&bull Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce projects.
&bull Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Collaboration & Project Delivery:
&bull Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
&bull Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
&bull Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and administrators.

Maintenance & Optimization:
&bull Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
&bull Perform regular code reviews and refactoring to improve maintainability.
&bull Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
