## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience in manual testing of electro-mechanical systems in a regulated environment, preferably FDA/Med Device.
 * Experience mentoring engineers and providing work direction.
 * Proficiency with manual software tools such as Azure Test Runner.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

This individual will be fully immersed in the project prior to the onboarding of test execution individuals. As a 'player/coach', the Test Lead will provide hands-on support in the integration lab while guiding a team of 4-5 test engineers. The role involves reviewing and adjusting existing test protocols and procedures, which have already been developed, to ensure readiness for testing. This position focuses on systems integration testing, primarily through manual software testing, in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
