## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat bringt mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Datenanalyse, Modellierung, Projektarbeit oder Beratung mit. Fundiertes Methodenwissen in Data Analytics sowie Erfahrung in der Visualisierung, Dashboarding und Reporting sind unerlässlich, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in Microsoft Power BI. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Data Science, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren MINT-Studiengang wird bevorzugt. Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu erklären, ist ebenso wichtig wie eine kommunikative, empathische und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Niveau C1-C2 sind erforderlich, um die Wünsche und Anforderungen unterschiedlicher Stakeholder zu identifizieren und in praxisnahe Lösungen zu übersetzen. Persönliche Eigenschaften wie Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denken und eine proaktive Herangehensweise an Herausforderungen sind ebenfalls von Bedeutung.
