## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat hat ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Informatik, alternativ eine technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Projektleitung, insbesondere in Transformationsprojekten im IT-Umfeld (Cloud und On-Premises), ist erforderlich. Kenntnisse in AI/KI-Technologien, wie beispielsweise Generative AI und Datenanalyse, sowie Erfahrung mit entsprechenden Plattformen sind von Vorteil. Zudem sollte der Bewerber ein sicheres und souveränes Auftreten mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit mitbringen. Eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Organisations- und Koordinationstalent sind ebenfalls wichtig. Der Kandidat sollte in der Lage sein, Projekte eigenverantwortlich und zielgerichtet zu steuern. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sind unerlässlich.
