As an IT Product Manager aligned with the Sales organization, you will be the strategic liaison between technology and the business teams who sell to, serve, and deliver for customers. You'll make sure the products they rely on are built around real needs and measured by real results. You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. You will turn business challenges into clear, prioritized roadmaps the organization can trust. This role suits a results-driven product leader with strong leadership skills and a proven record in technology management. The right person can bring business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors toward a common decision and knows that success is measured in outcomes, not output. Success is measured in business value delivered, user adoption, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, return on investment, and time-to-market. Performance Objectives * Align technology to business goals. Partner with business unit leaders to identify the highest-impact opportunities for innovation and technical improvement, and turn them into product initiatives that deliver measurable value. * Own the product lifecycle. Lead products from ideation and planning through launch, assessment, and iteration so they meet business goals and user expectations. * Build a roadmap the business trusts. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that connects technology investments to revenue, customer, and operational outcomes. Make the hard tradeoffs and say no when an initiative won't move the needle. * Drive Agile delivery. Manage sprints, facilitate Agile ceremonies, refine the backlog, and coordinate cross-functional teams to hit product milestones on time. * Drive adoption. Partner with end users, build enablement and documentation, measure utilization, and remove the friction that sends teams back to spreadsheets and workarounds. * Prove the value. Establish and track KPIs including revenue impact, customer lifetime value, churn, adoption, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, ROI, intake-to-solution time, and time-to-market. * Look ahead. Use emerging technology trends and market analysis to recommend enhancements that maximize business impact and user satisfaction. * Manage vendors. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality outcomes. Environment & Resources You will work within the IT organization, aligned with Sales. You will partner daily with business unit managers, commercial and customer-facing teams, operations, and technology teams. The environment is a large, multi-state manufacturing and distribution organization, which gives you visibility into how sales, order management, and supply chain connect to serve customers. You will work across enterprise technology platforms and product ecosystems, including ERP and related business systems. The organization values safety, accountability, practical innovation, and measurable results: solutions that work in the real world, not slideware.
