## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Windchill Data Migration Process Lead to lead and coordinate PLM data migration initiatives involving PTC Windchill. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Windchill data migration, migration planning, data mapping, extraction/transformation/loading, validation, and coordination with business and technical teams., * Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill.

 * Proven experience leading Windchill / PLM Data Migration projects.
 * Experience with Windchill Parts, Documents, CAD data, BOMs, attributes, revisions and lifecycle data.
 * Strong understanding of data mapping, extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation.
 * Experience with Windchill Loader / LoadFromFile or other Windchill migration utilities.
 * Experience working with SQL/databases for data analysis and validation.
 * Strong understanding of PLM data models and relationships.
 * Experience managing migration testing, mock migrations, validation, and cutover.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

 * Experience migrating data from legacy PLM systems to Windchill.
 * Experience with Windchill PDMLink.
