* Successfully completed a degree in the area of computer science, economical computer science or similar with outstanding results
 * At least 4 years of experience in corporate, consulting, or IT-related roles
 * Experience in at least 3 of the following domains: ERP, IT Architecture, Client/App Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Migration, IT Service Management, with ERP/SAP strongly preferred
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
 * Business fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner
 * Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week (typically Monday - Thursday) and to work in an international environment
