## About the Role

* Associates Information Systems/Computer Science degree required.
 * Windows desktop and remote-user support experience.
 * Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience.
 * Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting skills.
 * Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * ERP, Intune, PowerShell, Network+, ITIL, or manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

## Description

We are looking for a hands-on IT Technical Specialist to provide Tier 1 support and serve as the primary on-site IT resource for multi-site operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with an IT team.

 * Support Windows PCs, Macs, using Microsoft 365, maintaining printers, and mobile devices.
 * Manage help desk requests through a ticketing system.
 * Configure and deploy new computers and equipment.
 * Handle user onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.
 * Troubleshoot basic network, switch, and Wi-Fi issues.
 * Support ERP and legacy business applications.
 * Maintain IT documentation and escalate complex issues as needed.
