## About the Role

* Guidewire PolicyCenter experience
 * Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
 * 6-8 years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar Agile product delivery experience
 * Strong backlog management and prioritization experience
 * Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
 * Experience working directly with business stakeholders and development/technical teams
 * Agile/Scrum experience
 * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
 * Additional Guidewire experience beyond PolicyCenter
 * Homeowners insurance experience
 * Commercial insurance experience
 * Billing experience
 * Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Confluence experience
 * CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar Product Owner certification
 * Experience with APIs, cloud, or data platforms

## Description

Our customer is looking for a Product Owner to lead and support complex product initiatives within a fast-paced P&C insurance environment. This person will own the product backlog, gather and clarify requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and help prioritize work across multiple teams. They will partner closely with business stakeholders and development teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward. The ideal candidate has strong Guidewire PolicyCenter and P&C insurance knowledge and can adapt quickly as priorities change.
