## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph
 * ABET-accredited engineering degree required
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and no experience
 * OR, with a degree in a relevant technical field (for example, computer science, mathematics, or physics): Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's or Doctoral degree and 1 year of relevant experience

TAP Engineering is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of complex systems in a mission-focused environment. This role covers the full systems lifecycle, from requirements definition through integration and implementation, working closely with engineering teams and government stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions., * Perform requirements and functional analysis to support system design

 * Develop and evaluate solution designs to meet mission and technical requirements
 * Conduct risk analysis and support risk management activities
 * Support system testing, integration, and troubleshooting efforts
 * Support system implementation and ensure alignment with operational requirements
 * Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders across the systems lifecycle
