## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat hat ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium in Informatik, Systems Engineering, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang. Erste Erfahrungen oder fundiertes Know-how in Bereichen wie KI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, RAG- oder Agentensysteme sowie Softwareentwicklung sind von Vorteil. Gute Kenntnisse im Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering und in der Systemarchitektur werden ebenfalls erwartet. Du solltest über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (mindestens C1) und Englisch verfügen. Die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Domänen einzuarbeiten und komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert zu durchdenken, ist essenziell. Zudem ist es wichtig, technische Inhalte überzeugend gegenüber Kund*innen und Projektpartnern zu vertreten. Persönliche Eigenschaften wie Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denken und eine hohe Motivation, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, runden Dein Profil ab.
