* Previous experience in help desk support, desktop support, or an IT technician role.
 * Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
 * Familiarity with PC hardware, workstation setup, and peripheral configuration.
 * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 * Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
 * Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * Ability to lift and move computers, monitors, and other equipment.

## Description

* User Setup & Configuration: Configure Windows workstations and laptops, create user accounts, set up Microsoft 365 and Rightworks, and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
 * Hardware Deployment & Support: Install and configure computers, monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist with equipment upgrades and replacements.
 * Office & Technology Support: Support office moves, workstation setups, cable management, conference rooms, and shared technology equipment.
 * Inventory & Documentation: Track technology assets, maintain accurate equipment records, document hardware assignments, and assist with inventory audits.
 * IT Support: Provide responsive, professional technical assistance while following established IT procedures and documentation standards.
