## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree
 * 5+ years of Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT experience
 * Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
 * Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements
 * Ability to analyze business needs and recommend technical solutions
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience working across technical and non-technical teams
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 * Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
 * Experience with software testing and implementation
 * SQL experience, including backend database testing and analysis
 * Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Data Studio preferred)
 * Strong Microsoft Office skills

## Description

We are seeking a SQL Analyst to support a Department of Justice program in Washington, DC. This is a newly created position supporting application modernization efforts. The analyst will work closely with government stakeholders to assess existing applications, gather requirements, and help drive future-state technology solutions.
