## Description

The ETL Developer / Data Integration Reporting Developer will focus on ETL development, data integration, and reporting solutions. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes, creating SSRS reports, and ensuring data consistency across enterprise systems.
ETL Development & Data Integration:

 * Design, develop, implement, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into target databases and data warehouses.
 * Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and scripts to support data integration and reporting requirements.
 * Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues.
 * Support large-scale data migration, conversion, and integration initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics:

 * Develop, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
 * Work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable data-driven solutions.
 * Validate report outputs and ensure alignment with business rules and data definitions.
 * Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests.

Requirements Analysis & Collaboration:

 * Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, Project Managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
 * Translate business requirements into technical design documents and ETL specifications.
 * Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and project planning activities.
 * Provide technical guidance and recommendations regarding data integration strategies and solutions.

Documentation & Support:

 * Create and maintain technical documentation, including ETL workflows, data mappings, process flows, and operational procedures.
 * Support production deployments, issue resolution, and post-implementation validation activities.
 * Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and development best practices.
 * Participate in on-call support and troubleshooting as required.
