## About the Role

* Extensive commercial experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale distributed systems.
 * Expert knowledge of C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and related technologies.
 * Strong experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
 * Proven expertise in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
 * Strong understanding of agile software development principles and practices.
 * Excellent communication skills with experience working in distributed teams.
 * Collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Desirable Experience

 * Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs using .NET.
 * Cloud platform expertise across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
 * Experience integrating LLMs or AI services into software solutions.
 * Knowledge of governance, security, and best-practice frameworks for AI-assisted development.
