You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining existing systems, supporting users and working alongside experienced engineers on more complex infrastructure problems and projects. The environment includes Microsoft 365, SharePoint and cloud-based technologies, but previous experience with all of these isn't essential. If your background is more focused on traditional on-premise infrastructure, Windows environments or networking, we'd still be very interested in speaking with you. What matters most is having a solid understanding of the technologies you've worked with, being able to troubleshoot logically and taking pride in getting things right. You don't need to come from an MSP background either. Engineers from internal IT teams, infrastructure support environments or other technical backgrounds are equally welcome.
