## About the Role

5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role, with a proven record of translating data insights into business outcomes

 * Highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with excellent attention to detail
 * Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources
 * Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, translating data into strategic recommendations, and challenging assumptions as needed
 * Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 * Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures and pipelines
 * Experience leveraging AI and automation to streamline analytics processes is a strong plus
 * A collaborative, ego-free teammate who values knowledge sharing and collective success
 * Based in New York, London, or Berlin, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements (in-person expectations vary by location)

## Description

* Own the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data across multiple departments to inform business strategy and operational improvements
 * Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Looker, Salesforce, and other analytics tools
 * Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to identify key metrics, set targets, and track the effectiveness of initiatives
 * Uncover trends, opportunities, and risks by segmenting and prioritizing data in alignment with company goals
 * Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Support the integration and usage of AI, automation, and business intelligence tools for increased efficiency and decision-making
 * Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data utilized for internal and client-facing reporting
 * Proactively anticipate business challenges and work cross-functionally to address them with data-backed solutions
 * Share best practices, train team members on data literacy, and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused environment
