## About the Role

* At least 24 months of relevant IT experience working with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2022, and Microsoft 365 cloud environments, or relevant recognised IT certifications.
 * Ability to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and take a practical approach to resolving problems.
 * Organised and comfortable working independently as part of a small team.

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the business.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and connectivity issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange.
 * Set up user accounts, permissions, email, and group policies.
 * Support laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices, and telephony.
 * Investigate network and system issues, escalating when needed.
 * Assist with updates, patching, backups, and IT equipment deployments.
 * Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
 * Help with wider IT systems and infrastructure when required.
