 * Unterstützung im First- und Second-Level-Support inkl. Fehleranalyse und Ticketbearbeitung
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Client- und Server-Systemen (Microsoft-Umfeld)
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit inkl. Backup- und Recovery-Prozesse
 * Durchführung von System-Upgrades, Migrationen und Performanceoptimierungen
 * Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Kundenprojekten
