* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik (FH/DH/Uni) oder eine abgeschlossene, fachbezogene Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker/-in für Systemintegration)

 * Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Administration
 * Soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zum eigenverantwortlichen Handeln
 * Hohes persönliches Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft

Als IT Systemadministrator - Cloud & IT-Infrastruktur bist du integraler Teil unserer IT-Struktur und Ansprechpartner:in für deine Kolleg:innen. Das beinhaltet folgende Aufgaben:

 * Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud-Infrastruktur (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
 * Administration der Domain-Infrastruktur (DNS, SSL-Zertifikate)
 * Administration der Microsoft 365 Cloud (Azure Active Directory, Intune, Defender)
 * Wartung von Netzwerkkomponenten (HPE Aruba Switches und Access Points, Sophos Firewall)
 * Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb unseres Monitorings (StatusCake)
 * Überwachung und Durchführung von Backups (Veeam, Synology)
 * First-Level-Support für unsere Kolleg:innen sowie für die Windows- und Mac-Hardware vor Ort im Office in Offenburg (inkl. Schließanlage, Drucker)
 * Technischer Support für unsere Kund:innen bei IT-Fragestellungen
 * Unterstützung im IT-Einkauf
