## About the Role

* An active DoD TS/SCI Security clearance.
 * A Bachelor's degree.
 * 10 years of relevant experience.
 * Experience with Cyber Range elements.
 * Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate strategies to accomplish AF-wide initiatives.
 * Experience with HAF and/or associated MAJCOM-level coordination processes, policy development and strategic communications at a senior level.
 * Demonstrated ability to develop networks and alliances and collaborate across boundaries with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders.
 * Working knowledge of operational practices and policies of the OTTI and Modeling & Simulation Communities to support readiness training activities.
 * Working knowledge with DoD Requirements Process (JCIDS)/Acquisition/PPBE and RMF compliance requirements.
 * The ability to travel up to 10%.

Additional desired experience and skills:

 * Masters degree in related field
 * Cyber Command Experience
 * Cyber related certifications

Serco supports the US Air Force as a prime for their Air Force Modeling and Simulation Support Services 3.0 contract supporting Operational Training and Test Infrastructure (OTTI) Lines of Effort. Our team ensures the Department of the Air Force maintain mission readiness and lethality by providing reliable, interoperable, and mission-aligned OTTI and Modeling and Simulation capabilities. You will be part of a large team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems. The team has been recognized by the Air Force and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.

This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer a DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

In this role, you will:

 * Embed with AF/A35E and serve as the key conduit with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
 * Provide Cyber Range expertise, insight, and strategic policy insight to support US Air Force initiatives, operations, and taskings - specifically with a focus on Cyber Range integration with OTTI elements.
 * Provide subject matter expertise on Cyber Range topics to support AF/A35E activities and taskings.
 * Support Air Force Cyber Range policy and guidance development.
 * Support initiatives linked to AF/A35E Cyber Range objectives.
