## About the Role

* Proven ability to communicate with all levels of the internal and customer organizations
 * Experience with Technical report writing and presentations
 * Experience with Reliability and Logistics metrics, calculations, and statistics
 * Experience with DOORS, JIRA, MagicDraw (or equivalent) or Model-Based Systems Engineering are plusses
 * Experience with Windchill Risk and Reliability, Reliability Workbench, Slicwave, Eagle, Powerlog, Compass or Opus logistics software tools are pluses
 * Current or ability to obtain a Secret clearance (MUST BE US CITIZEN)

Experience levels will be determined by a hiring team. We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's and/or master's degree in systems engineering, test engineering, or a related engineering field.

## Description

 * Planning, managing, executing Specialty Engineering tasking across design, production, and sustainment life cycle phases
 * Reliability and Maintainability Allocations and Predictions
 * Reliability Modeling and Simulation
 * Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
 * Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS) activity
 * Fielded system monitoring and reliability measurement
 * Fault Tree Analysis
 * Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
 * Spares Predictions and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
 * Maintenance Task Analysis
 * Life Cycle Cost Analysis
 * Establishing good working relationships with internal and external customers
 * Other Specialty Engineering analysis as required
