## Description

Symbotic LLC seeks a Robotics Operator to run and monitor advanced robotic warehouse systems that power high-speed storage, retrieval, and order fulfillment. In this role, you'll oversee automated equipment, respond to alerts, clear faults, and keep materials flowing safely and accurately. You'll perform inspections, basic troubleshooting, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize performance. Ideal candidates have experience with automation or industrial equipment, strong attention to safety, and a desire to learn cutting-edge robotics and software in a fast-paced, innovative environment., * Operate and monitor robotic warehouse systems for storage, retrieval, and fulfillment

 * Respond to system alerts, clear jams and faults, and restart equipment safely
 * Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on robotic equipment
 * Follow strict safety procedures and support a clean, organized work area
 * Collaborate with engineers and technicians to report issues and optimize performance
 * Use warehouse and monitoring software to track system status and material flow
 * Document incidents, downtime, and corrective actions accurately
 * Support testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives for automation systems
