## Description

+ Sicherstellung des Second-Level-Supports für POS- und Kassensysteme in der Region DACH
 + Installation und Konfiguration von POS-/Kassensystemen, inkl. PCs, Routern und EC-Terminals
 + Organisation und Versand von IT-Hardware sowie Verwaltung des Gerätebestands
 + Analyse, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungen und technischen Anfragen
 + Unterstützung und Beratung der Filialmitarbeitenden im täglichen Betrieb
 + Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen über ein Ticket-System sowie Nachverfolgung bis zur Lösung
