* Expertise in Finance, Controlling, and Payroll business processes, including knowledge of applicable statutory and regulatory requirements across commercial and military business environments.

* Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, building strong relationships to understand objectives, operational challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
 * Analyze Finance and Controlling business processes and requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and functionality.
 * Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP FICO solutions to ensure system capabilities align with business requirements and organizational goals.
 * Manage project activities including scope, schedule, cost, deliverables, user documentation, training materials, and end-user training to support successful adoption and continuous improvement.
