## About the Role

Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Experience: 10-15+ years in IT, including 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture and development, * Design scalable, secure, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

 * Own the overall technical architecture across ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom applications.
 * Define platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and technical governance.
 * Architect ServiceNow solutions covering ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, and Service Portal/Employee Center.
 * Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and external enterprise systems.
 * Establish best practices for security, ACLs, RBAC, performance optimization, and platform scalability.
 * Review technical designs, customizations, scripts, workflows, and deployment strategies.
 * Lead architectural discussions and mentor technical consultants and developers.
 * Drive platform modernization, automation, and ServiceNow AI adoption.

Required Skills: ServiceNow Architecture, JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, APIs, security, and performance optimization.

Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), CIS certifications, cloud integration experience, Now Assist and AI Agent architecture.
