## Description

* Install and configure software and hardware
 * Manage network servers and technology tools
 * Set up employee accounts and workstations
 * Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
 * Dealertrack DMS, ComplyAuto, Office 365, Meraki/Cisco
 * Troubleshoot issues and outages- phone, network, power, service provider
 * Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
 * Upgrade systems with new releases and models
 * Research alternatives
 * Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies and updates
 * Manage phone systems (VoiP Services)- currently use comcast
 * Security camera management- Hikvision
 * Maintain inventory of ink/toner for printers/copier
