Nous recherchons un profil junior (environ 2 ans d'expérience) issu de l'univers startup, scale-up ou d'un environnement agile à forte croissance.

Vos Hard Skills :

 * SQL indispensable : Vous êtes très à l'aise sur BigQuery (ou équivalent) pour manipuler de la donnée.
 * Culture Data/Ops : Vous comprenez les mécaniques d'un dbt, d'Airbyte (ou vous avez une forte envie d'apprendre rapidement).
 * Compétences Business : Vous comprenez nativement les métriques SaaS (ARR, Churn, marges).

Vos Soft Skills :

 * Esprit entrepreneurial : Vous êtes autonome et vous vous adaptez facilement aux structures qui bougent vite.
 * AI-Friendly : Vous utilisez déjà activement des outils comme Cursor, Claude ou ChatGPT pour coder plus vite et automatiser les tâches répétitives.
 * Bonus : Un background d'école d'ingénieur ou une sensibilité financière / business ops.

Le Process de Recrutement

 * Échange de qualification avec Licorne Society (30 min).

 * Entretien approfondi avec le Head of RevOps (50 min).

 * Business Case technique à réaliser chez soi.

 * Échanges avec les cofondateurs.

 * Discussion finale avec le CFO.
