## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
 * 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
 * 2+ years' experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE)
 * Understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices
 * Understanding of joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures, and equity pickup
 * Experience with foreign currency translation and the effect of currency translation on the financial statements
 * Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies
 * Financial management reporting and analysis experience, preferably with Financial Reporting Studio
 * Experience with account reconciliation a plus, preferably with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), or similar applications such as Blackline
 * Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
 * Effective oral and written communication skills
 * Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision
 * A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
 * Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
 * Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams
 * Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
