We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Lead to lead backend design and development, provide technical guidance, ensure code quality, and drive successful project delivery., * Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

 * Hands-on experience with Vert.x, Reactive Programming, and Distributed Systems.
 * Strong knowledge of System Design, OOP, and Design Patterns.
 * Experience with Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, or other NoSQL databases.
 * Exposure to GCP, AWS, or Azure and cloud-native development.
 * Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Code Reviews, and Performance Tuning.
 * Strong understanding of Agile, TDD/BDD, and SDLC.
 * Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
 * Knowledge of cloud-native and distributed application development.
