## Description

IT-Administration

 * Unterstützung im IT-User-Support und Betreuung der IT-Landschaft
 * Schnittstelle zu unserem IT-Dienstleister
 * Mitarbeit bei Planung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Verwaltung und Inventarisierung von IT-Assets
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von ISMS-Themen

Smart Metering & Applikationsbetrieb

 * Monitoring von Schnittstellen, Prozessen und Systemen sowie Störungsbearbeitung und Troubleshooting
 * Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Systemtests und Updates
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen
 * Test neuer Funktionalitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
