## Description

The Traveling IT Technician position involves extensive travel, with responsibilities that include assessing and remediating existing infrastructure, installing and customizing clients' systems, collaborating with internal teams and customers, and providing technical support. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring successful implementation of solutions., * Assess and remediate existing infrastructure to support installation of new solutions

 * Install, monitor, and customize clients' systems after initial hardware or software purchase
 * Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement solutions
 * Consult on customer requirements for installation and address cybersecurity concerns
 * Maintain customer relationships, ensure resolution of issues, and promote ongoing satisfaction
 * Mentor and coach local field engineers on installed solutions
