## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure/Java Cloud Distributed Developer with strong expertise in Java development, Spring Boot, and Microsoft Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing Java batch applications and Spring Boot applications, deploying them to Azure, designing APIs, and working with relational database management systems (RDBMS).

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable collaborating with external teams and business stakeholders, as well as participating in demonstrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 * Java Development: Strong experience developing Java batch applications and Spring Boot applications.
 * Microsoft Azure: Extensive hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and application deployment. Azure expertise is mandatory.
 * Cloud Application Development: Experience building, deploying, and supporting distributed cloud applications.
 * Database Design: Strong experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) and data modeling.
 * API Design: Ability to design API specifications and implement API design best practices.
 * Technical Adaptability: Willingness and ability to learn and work with new or legacy technologies as project requirements evolve.
 * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to interact effectively with external teams and business stakeholders and participate in project demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in the banking or financial services domain, particularly with:
 + Credit cards
 + Loans
 * Experience with the following Azure services:
 + Azure Functions / Function Apps
 + Azure App Services
 + Azure Key Vault (AKV)
 + Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
 + Azure Application Insights
 + Azure Monitor

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 10 15 years of relevant experience, strong Java and Spring Boot development skills, and substantial hands-on Azure experience. Candidates should also demonstrate sound database modeling and API design capabilities, along with the communication skills required to work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
