## About the Role

* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written as required for this position.
 * Must have 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment.
 * Must have experience designing, evaluating, and implementing complex system architectures and video surveillance networks.
 * Ability to travel to customer locations, subcontractor offices, and project sites for walks, surveying, design, integration, and troubleshooting as required.
 * Must be able to travel between 50% to 75% as required for this position., * High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of experience in one of the following:Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, IT, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems.
 * Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
 * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

## Description

* Design, evaluate, and deploy mission-critical video surveillance and network systems tailored to customer and regulatory requirements.
 * Develop, document, and articulate video surveillance system architectures, ensuring compatibility with network capacity, scope of work (SOW), and customer specifications.
 * Serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders, communicating key technological capabilities and value propositions.
 * Conduct product testing, lead technical demonstrations, and implement system modifications following strict change control procedures.
 * Partner closely with project management, subcontractors, and Motorola Technical Support to drive post-sales execution and meet project milestones.
 * Proactively identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and strictly adhere to company standards, policies, and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
