## Description

DTN is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers. This role is responsible for driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong project governance expertise with executive-level communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

 * Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
 * Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones.
 * Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN's SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery.
 * Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.
