## Description

Description We are looking for a skilled NOC Technician to join our team in Somerset, New Jersey. This position involves monitoring and maintaining network operations, ensuring system reliability, and addressing technical issues promptly. As a long-term contract role, it offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical network support and operations.

Responsibilities:

 * Monitor network systems to ensure continuous operation and promptly address outages or performance issues.

 * Perform routine maintenance tasks to optimize system performance and reliability.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to network infrastructure, including wireless protocols and cable assemblies.

 * Collaborate with team members to implement solutions for network-related challenges.

 * Document and report network performance metrics and issues to relevant stakeholders.

 * Configure and optimize network tools, including Norton Utilities for Windows.

 * Support Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) technologies.

 * Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software as required.
