* 3+ years experience in an Desktop/Network Support role
 * Strong working knowledge of Desktop PC's and Macintosh OSX and ability to troubleshoot application and network issues
 * Work well with all levels of management
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills a must
 * Hardware knowledge of PC's and Macintosh
 * Windows Server 2003 knowledge a plus
 * MS Outlook Exchange

## Description

Sanuk is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Desktop/Network Support person. This person will provide technical support to the company and end users on the network and phone system. Desktop/Network Support will also provide technical support for administration and end users working with Windows and Macintosh operating systems and a variety of application software., * Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users

 * Install, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software on network and desktops including Macintosh systems
 * Assist in gathering bid prices on equipment and supplies as needed
 * Add, update and move telephone extensions as needed
 * Monitor load balance on servers and make recommendations accordingly
 * Participate in the development or modification to new and existing systems
 * Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast paced environment
 * Provide assistance with computer/network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users
 * Phone support to sales reps as needed
