## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in software engineering

Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills

Hands-on shell scripting experience, preferably Bash

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, virtual machines, monitoring, and dashboards

Working knowledge of Git and GitHub, including branches, commits, pull requests, and merges

Working knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines, builds, and deployments

Good understanding of application monitoring, log analysis, and incident troubleshooting

Basic C programming knowledge

Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Other Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow for Incident, Request, and Change Management

Experience developing automated monitoring and remediation solutions

Exposure to Azure alerts and observability dashboards

Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
