 * Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless networking, and firewalls
 * Experience administering hybrid infrastructure environments
 * Experience supporting Windows-based environments and end-user technologies
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues
 * Strong documentation and organizational skills
 * Experience providing direct end-user support in addition to infrastructure responsibilities
 * Excellent communication and customer-service skills, * Experience supporting geographically dispersed users and locations
 * Experience with enterprise security technologies and network monitoring tools
 * Knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments

## Description

Network Engineering

 * Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
 * Support network availability, performance, redundancy, and security initiatives
 * Manage network hardware lifecycle, upgrades, and deployments
 * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
 * Implement security controls and assist with cybersecurity best practices
 * Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical standards
 * Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents
 * Participate in network modernization and continuous improvement efforts

Technical Support

 * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users across multiple locations
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues
 * Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system
 * Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution
 * Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
 * Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge-base articles
 * Identify opportunities to reduce recurring support issues through process improvement
